Helping overwhelmed moms find calm in their body, clarity in their mind, and connection in their life again.
Somatic and holistic therapy for millennial moms navigating anxiety, burnout, and the mental load of motherhood in MA + NH.
Does this sound familiar?
You want to finally feel calm, confident, and present again — but instead you feel:
Burnt out from juggling work deadlines, school drop-offs, and the invisible mental load that never ends
Overwhelmed by a calendar that runs your life (and a brain that won’t turn off, even after hours)
Irritable with the people you love most, even when you don’t mean to be
Exhausted from pretending you’re fine when you’re running on caffeine, guilt, and sheer willpower
Stuck in survival mode—accomplishing everything, yet feeling disconnected from yourself
Most days, it feels like you’re sprinting through life in work clothes and mom jeans at the same time. You manage the meetings, the meltdowns, the meal plans—then lie awake at night wondering why peace always feels out of reach.
You love your career and your family, but lately you’ve been wondering:
“When do I get to exhale?”
If you’re a working mom in Massachusetts or New Hampshire struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep pushing through it. Therapy can help you learn to calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and reconnect with the version of you who feels steady, grounded, and whole again.

LIFE DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY.
hey!
I’m Megan, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and mom of three — and I help moms trade survival mode for balance that actually lasts.
I provide holistic, somatic therapy for anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm using a blend of evidence-based tools (like CBT and mindfulness) and body-based approaches (Somatics) that help you actually feel calm, not just think about it. My approach focuses on nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and practical boundaries so you can move from constantly “doing” to finally being.
My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling grounded in their body, clear in their mind, and connected to their life again—without the guilt, perfectionism, or constant pressure to hold it all together.
Because you deserve to feel like more than just the person keeping everything running—you deserve to feel like you again.

Learn the tools you need to calm your mind, regulate your body, and finally feel at peace again.
If your brain feels like it’s running 72 tabs at once, you’re not alone. Anxiety can look like constant overthinking, racing thoughts, physical tension, and the inability to relax—even when everything seems fine. Through a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic tools, we’ll work together to help you quiet your inner critic, find balance, and feel safe in your body again.
This isn’t about “just thinking positive.” It’s about helping your nervous system believe you’re safe—so calm becomes your new normal.

uidance and nervous system support, so you can move from survival mode to sustainable calm.
When life feels like one long to-do list and rest feels impossible, it’s not a lack of willpower—it’s burnout. Together, we’ll unpack the patterns that keep you stuck in overdrive and create space for genuine rest, balance, and fulfillment. Using a combination of holistic, body-based techniques and practical boundary work, I’ll help you rebuild your energy and reconnect with what truly matters.
You’ll learn how to recognize when your body needs a reset, how to rest without guilt, and how to find joy again in your daily life.

Reconnect with yourself and heal the parts of you that learned to survive instead of feel safe.
When you’ve spent years being “the strong one,” it’s hard to let your guard down—even in relationships that matter most. Relational trauma and inner child wounds can show up as perfectionism, people-pleasing, fear of conflict, or always needing to be in control. Together, we’ll explore where those patterns began and gently help you rewrite them.
Through a somatic and attachment-informed approach, you’ll learn to respond instead of react, build emotional safety within yourself, and reconnect with the parts of you that deserve care, not criticism.

Lasting change
Over time, you’ll notice yourself responding differently. Your days will feel lighter, your patience longer, and your self-talk softer. You’ll start recognizing your body’s cues before overwhelm takes over—and you’ll have the tools to reset when life gets loud.
Your nervous system will finally learn what safety feels like, so you can find calm in your chaos, feel present with your family, and handle what life throws your way with confidence and clarity.
You don’t have to keep running on empty, overthinking every move, or pretending you’re fine when you’re completely drained inside.
I can help you slow down, feel grounded in your body, and finally reconnect with the calm, confident version of yourself you’ve been missing.
Because you deserve more than just getting through the day —
you deserve to feel alive in it.
