You remember a time when you could relax without guilt, sleep through the night, and actually enjoy your life—but those days feel like a distant memory. Now it’s the norm to feel tired, overstimulated, and anxious from the moment you wake up.
Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?
You’ve come to the right place.
I’m Megan, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and mom of three, and I help millennial women and moms who are tired of living in survival mode finally feel grounded, calm, and confident again.
I help my clients rediscover peace, clarity, and self-trust by equipping them with the tools to regulate their nervous system, set boundaries without guilt, and reconnect with their true selves—beyond the mental load and expectations.
Many of today’s solutions for anxiety and burnout are one-size-fits-all quick fixes—another checklist, app, or deep-breathing exercise that doesn’t get to the root. That approach leaves so many women feeling stuck, unseen, or like they’re not making real progress.
At MK WELLNESS CO. LLC, your therapy experience is different. I know your circumstances are unique, so every session is tailored to your body, your story, and your goals—always with the intention of helping you find balance that actually lasts.
First, we get curious about how stress, trauma, and over-responsibility show up in your body and mind. Then, we use somatic tools, mindfulness, and practical CBT strategies to build emotional regulation, self-awareness, and confidence. Through our work together, you’ll feel more at home in your body, more connected to your relationships, and more in control of your peace.
You don’t have to hold it all together anymore. Let’s help you find calm in your chaos—and remember that you already have everything you need to heal.
WHY YOU CAN TRUST ME
Therapy with me is collaborative, empowering, and centered on the belief that you already hold the wisdom you need—you just need space and support to access it.
I’m dedicated to helping women and moms move from survival mode to genuine calm—emotionally steady, connected, and confident in who they are.
My training in clinical social work, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic therapy means I have the expertise you need and deserve when it comes to healing anxiety, easing burnout, and rebuilding nervous-system safety. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who gets what it means to be a mom juggling too much, holding it all together, and wondering why she still feels overwhelmed, right?
I get it—because I’ve lived it, both personally and professionally.
Before starting MK WELLNESS CO. LLC, I worked as a frontline social worker in emergency and intensive-care settings, where I saw the effects of chronic stress and emotional overload firsthand. Later, as a mom of three myself, I learned what it really means to balance caregiving, career, and selfhood while keeping your nervous system from running on fumes.
I know that some days, you’re just trying to make it to bedtime without snapping. I know that the mental load can feel invisible but impossibly heavy. And I know that asking for help can feel like one more thing to manage.
So when we work together, you don’t just get a therapist—you get a fellow human who understands the pressure, the heart, and the exhaustion behind it all. You get someone who will hold space for your story while giving you the tools and science-backed strategies to rewrite it.
therapy with me is different because..
I keep it real.
No jargon, no ivory tower therapist vibes. I bring my professional expertise and my humanity into the room, so you feel like you’re working with someone who truly gets it. My clients often tell me it feels like talking to a trusted friend—except with actual tools that help.
We go beyond talk therapy.
Anxiety, trauma, and burnout don’t just live in your mind—they live in your body. That’s why I use somatic therapy and nervous system regulation techniques to help you release stress physically, not just think about it differently.
You leave with tools you can actually use.
Therapy isn’t just about processing—it’s about equipping you with practical strategies you can carry into your relationships, parenting, career, and everyday life. You’ll walk away with nervous system resets, coping skills, and mindset shifts that make life feel more manageable and meaningful.
