Ready to stop living in survival mode?

You probably remember a time when anxiety didn’t run your life, stress wasn’t draining every ounce of energy, and old trauma didn’t sneak in at the worst moments… but now those days feel like forever ago.

And honestly? You just wish you had the tools to feel like yourself again.

You’re in the right place.

I’m Megan, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) the heartbeat behind MK WELLNESS CO. LLC. I work with millennial women and moms who are stuck in cycles of anxiety, stress, and burnout—or still carrying the weight of past trauma. You already have the strength in you to feel grounded and calm again; my job is just to help you access it.

My clients tell me therapy with me feels real and practical. We use a mix of somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and stress management tools—because healing isn’t just about talking, it’s about actually rewiring how your body and mind respond.

A lot of traditional anxiety counseling and trauma therapy can feel one-size-fits-all or way too clinical. That’s not how I work. Your story is unique, and every step we take is tailored to you—always with your long-term healing in mind.

How I work

Therapy with me is collaborative, empowering, and centered on the belief that you already hold the wisdom you need—you just need space and support to access it.

I am dedicated to helping women feel calm, confident, and connected again—instead of stuck in cycles of anxiety, stress, and burnout.

My training in clinical social work, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed care means I have the expertise you deserve when it comes to healing anxiety, recovering from trauma, and breaking free from chronic stress. But at the end of the day, I know you’re not just looking for credentials—you want to work with someone who gets what it means to be a millennial woman or mom carrying the invisible weight of anxiety and exhaustion.

I get it because I’ve spent years on the frontlines in emergency and intensive care settings, sitting with people in their hardest moments, and because I’ve walked through my own seasons of overwhelm and burnout. I know what it’s like to hold it all together on the outside while feeling like you’re unraveling inside.

So when we work together, you won’t just get a therapist who knows the science of trauma recovery and nervous system regulation. You’ll get someone who sees you—someone who truly understands what it’s like to feel anxious, stretched too thin, and desperate for a reset. Together, we’ll build the tools you need to feel grounded, resilient, and at peace again.

therapy with me is different because..

I keep it real.

No jargon, no ivory tower therapist vibes. I bring my professional expertise and my humanity into the room, so you feel like you’re working with someone who truly gets it. My clients often tell me it feels like talking to a trusted friend—except with actual tools that help.

We go beyond talk therapy.

Anxiety, trauma, and burnout don’t just live in your mind—they live in your body. That’s why I use somatic therapy and nervous system regulation techniques to help you release stress physically, not just think about it differently.

You leave with tools you can actually use.

Therapy isn’t just about processing—it’s about equipping you with practical strategies you can carry into your relationships, parenting, career, and everyday life. You’ll walk away with nervous system resets, coping skills, and mindset shifts that make life feel more manageable and meaningful.
