If you’re using insurance, your cost will depend on your specific plan, copay, or deductible. We will help you understand your benefits before we begin so you know exactly what to expect—no surprises, no unexpected bills.

If you’re feeling unsure about affordability, let’s talk. We can walk through your insurance options or discuss scheduling that feels realistic and manageable.

A woman sitting on a beige sofa, smiling and holding a smartphone. She has blonde hair, is wearing a blue blazer and ripped jeans. Behind her, a white wall with a beige macramé wall hanging and a green plant on the right side.
  • We provide online therapy for clients in the Greater Boston Area and Texas (serving all of Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island).

MK Wellness Collective is a fully virutal group practice.

If you’re searching for burnout therapy in Boston or online therapy for moms in Texas, you’re in the right place. You can meet with us from home, your parked car, or anywhere you can find a quiet moment (as quiet as mom-life allows).

  • At this time, MK Wellness Collective offers online therapy only for clients located in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Texas.

While in-person therapy can be appealing, virtual care is intentionally designed with burnout in mind. It allows you to receive consistent support without the added demands of childcare, travel time, or disrupting your daily rhythm.

Most of our clients tell us virtual sessions are actually easier and more effective because they can show up from:

    • their living room

    • a quiet corner of the house

    • their office

    • their parked car during lunch

    • anywhere they can find a moment of privacy

Online therapy gives you the same depth, connection, and transformation you’d get in an office—but with a lot more flexibility.

If you’re searching for online therapy for moms, virtual burnout therapy, or telehealth in MA , NH, RI or TX this setup is designed with you in mind.

  • Online therapy is simple, flexible, and designed to fit your real life—especially if you’re a busy, overwhelmed, or overstimulated mom. Sessions take place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant Jane platform. You can join from anywhere in where your clinician is licensed (MA, NH, RI or TX) whether that’s your living room, your office, or your parked car during nap time.

    Here’s how it works:

    • You schedule your session online at a time that actually works for you.

    • You receive a secure link before each appointment.

    • You click the link, and we meet just like we would in an office—face-to-face, in real time.

    • We talk through what’s coming up for you, explore patterns, and use practical tools you can apply immediately.

    • You leave with clarity and grounded next steps, not a list of homework you’ll never get to.

Online therapy offers all the benefits of traditional therapy with more comfort, more convenience, and zero commute.
It’s especially helpful for moms who need support without rearranging childcare or rushing between appointments.

If you’re searching for burnout therapy in Boston or online therapy for moms in Texas, this is the perfect fit.

  • MK Wellness Collective is currently in network with a handful of insurances: Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Optum, United Healthcare, Harvard Pilgrim, Health Plans Inc.

If you’re using insurance, your cost will depend on your specific plan, copay, or deductible. I’ll help you understand your benefits before we begin so you know exactly what to expect—no surprises, no unexpected bills.

If you prefer to private pay, in line with the No Surprises Act, all clients receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of therapy services should you choose to utilize OON benefits or private pay. This gives you a clear picture of what therapy may cost over time so you can make an informed decision about your care.

If you’re feeling unsure about affordability, let’s talk. We can walk through your insurance options or discuss scheduling that feels realistic and manageable.

  • Yes of course! If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, you are welcome to use them.

MK Wellness Collective is happy to submit claims on your behalf (via a company called Thrizer) or provide you with a monthly superbill, so you can coordinate with your insurance company directly.

  • Before scheduling a therapy session, MK Wellness Collective’s practice manager will complete a free 15 minute intro call with all potential new clients. This gives us the chance to get to know each other. Here’s what you can expect:

    • Questions about why you’re seeking therapy

    • We’ll tell you a bit about myself and my approach as a therapist

    • You can ask us any questions that I didn’t cover

    • We’ll talk about rates, insurance, availability, etc.

  • If we both decide we're a good fit after our intro call, we'll schedule our first therapy appointment. I'll send you a couple of quick forms to complete before our first session. I'll also send you a link for our video calls that you can use every week.

  • Your first session is a gentle, low-pressure conversation where we talk about:

    • What’s been stressing you out

    • How your mental health shows up in your day-to-day life

    • What you want to feel instead

    • What support actually fits your real-life responsibilities

You won’t need to “prepare” anything. You just show up as you are—Your MKWC clinician will guide the conversation.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, but most clients begin feeling noticeable relief within the first few months.
Some stay longer to build deeper emotional resilience or work on long-term patterns.
