Anxiety Therapy
Compassionate anxiety therapy for millennial women and moms in MA and NH. I use somatic and nervous system regulation to help you stop overthinking, calm the constant “what-ifs,” and finally feel grounded again.
Has your anxiety become too loud to ignore?
Maybe the racing thoughts keep you up at night, replaying every little thing you said or didn’t say.
Or perhaps your body won’t calm down—your chest tightens, your stomach flips, and it feels like you’re always on edge.
You may be white-knuckling through work, relationships, and motherhood while silently falling apart inside.
Or simply running on empty, stuck between exhaustion and overdrive.
Perhaps you’re feeling like no matter how hard you try, you’re never quite “enough.”
You’re tired of feeling caught in this cycle:
Struggling to stay focused and productive at work because your mind won’t stop racing
Feeling disconnected in relationships because you’re too anxious to be present
Constantly exhausted from trying to “keep it together” on the outside while your insides feel like chaos
Anxiety therapy can help.
It may feel impossible now, but you can calm your racing thoughts. You can feel more grounded in your body. You can show up for your relationships and yourself without the constant “what-ifs” running the show. And I can help you get there.
Anxiety therapy helps you do three things:
Understand how your anxiety shows up in your body and mind, so you can stop feeling hijacked by it
Learn practical, real-life tools to slow down your thoughts and calm your nervous system
Build confidence in your ability to handle stress, so you can finally live with more ease and less fear
I’ll help guide you through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances.
My approach to anxiety therapy comes from a place of compassion and practicality: helping you believe that anxiety isn’t who you are—it’s just something you’re experiencing, and it can change.

Constant overthinking and never-ending worry don’t have to be your story.
You don’t have to live life feeling “too much” and yet still never enough.
It’s time to breathe easier and finally feel calm in your own skin.
I want you to know:
I can help you get there.

Common questions about anxiety therapy

Sessions aren’t just you talking while I nod and scribble notes. We’ll spend time unpacking your thoughts and feelings, but I’ll also bring in somatic (body-based) tools, nervous system resets, and practical CBT techniques you can actually use in your daily life. Some days it might feel like a deep conversation with someone who gets it, and other days we might practice grounding exercises or simple mindfulness tools together. My goal is to make sessions feel safe, interactive, and tailored to what you need that day.

Everyone’s timeline looks different, because your story and your needs are unique. Some people work with me for a few months to get quick relief and build a toolkit, while others choose to stay longer for deeper healing and growth. We’ll check in along the way to make sure therapy is supporting you in the way you want it to. You’re never locked into a set timeline—you get to decide what feels right.

If you’ve been feeling stuck in cycles of worry, overthinking, or burnout, you’re in the right place. My clients often tell me they’ve tried pushing through on their own but just end up exhausted. Anxiety therapy works best if you’re open to trying new tools, willing to be curious about how your body and mind connect, and ready to finally stop carrying the weight of “I should be able to handle this on my own.” While I can’t promise a magic fix, I can promise a space that’s safe, supportive, and grounded in proven approaches to help you feel better.

Getting started is simple. First, we’ll hop on a consult call where you can share what’s been going on and ask me any questions. I’ll walk you through what working together looks like, and if it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session. From there, you’ll have a safe, steady space each week to breathe, unload, and start building the calmer, more grounded life you’ve been craving.
