Anxiety + Burnout Therapy for High-Achieving Women in the Greater Boston area
(serving all of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Texas).
Show up as the version of you who isn’t running on fumes.
A grounded space for high‑achieving women to untangle burnout, resentment, and anxiety—and finally feel okay in the calm (no “just relax” vibes here).
Does this sound familiar?
You want to finally feel calm and content in your own body—but instead you feel:
Burnt out by the endless to-do list that never stops growing.
Overstimulated by noise, mess, and constant needs pulling at you from every direction.
Exhausted from pretending you’re fine when you’re running on caffeine, guilt, and sheer willpower
Stuck in anxious spirals, overthinking every decision from bedtime to big life stuff yet still somehow getting everything done with a bow on top.
Drained from trying to hold everything together for everyone else while consistently saying to yourself, “I can’t do this much longer.”
On paper, you’re “fine.” You’re the reliable one. The one who remembers the appointments, the school emails, the birthdays, the deadlines.
If you’re a mom, you’re also the default parent, the emotional barometer, the snack curator, the one everyone runs to when sh*t hits the fan. You feel overwhelmed by anxiety, and it’s getting harder to hide it or push through it.
But inside?
You feel like you’re barely hanging on. You’re functioning, sure—but not okay-okay. Your brain won’t shut up, your body feels wired and tired at the same time, and even on “good” days you’re waiting for the other shoe to drop.
It’s not just your mood that’s taking a hit. It’s your relationships (snapping at the people you love, then drowning in guilt), your work (trying to perform at your old level with a completely fried nervous system), and your sense of self (you barely recognize the version of you who wasn’t this exhausted and on edge all the time).
LIFE DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY.
hey!
I’m Megan, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and mom of three — and I help high‑achieving women trade survival mode for balance that actually lasts.
I provide anxiety and burnout therapy for high-achieving women (many of them moms), using a nervous-system informed, no‑BS approach. That means we don’t just talk about your stress—we work with what your body is actually doing, untangle the resentment and mental load, and build tiny, realistic shifts that fit your real life.
My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling calmer in their bodies, clearer about their boundaries, and more comfortable in the calm instead of waiting for the next menty-b to hit.
Because you deserve to feel like more than the person keeping everything running. You deserve to feel like you again.

Anxiety therapy with me is for high‑achieving women who are constantly on edge, overthinking everything, and never really able to relax—even when life “looks fine.”
We’ll name what’s really driving your anxiety (nervous system overload, perfectionism, mental load), work with your body instead of against it, and build simple, realistic tools so you don’t feel like you’re bracing for disaster every second of the day.
-
Burnout + overwhelm therapy is for the crispy, over‑responsible women who are still getting it all done but feel one small thing away from losing it.
Together we’ll get honest about what’s burning you out (invisible labor, resentment, pressure to be “the strong one”), calm your nervous system out of permanent survival mode, and create boundaries and routines that make your life more sustainable—without expecting you to become a totally different person.
-
Therapy for spicy/ADHD brains is for high-achieving women with fast, intense, easily overloaded minds who’ve always been “too much” and “the responsible one” at the same time.
We’ll make sense of your ADHD‑ish traits and anxiety, reduce shame around how your brain works, and build brain‑friendly strategies (plus nervous‑system support) so you feel less scattered, less behind, and more like your life actually fits the way you’re wired.
specialties
Let’s make therapy simple.
1
Reach out
We’ll start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation to answer your questions, talk about what’s been feeling heavy lately, and make sure we’re the right fit.
There’s no pressure—just a genuine conversation about what you need and how therapy can help.
2
Get to work
Join me each week for one-on-one virtual therapy sessions designed to help you slow down, tune into your body, and understand what your anxiety is trying to tell you. Together, we’ll develop practical tools to calm your nervous system, set boundaries without guilt, and build confidence in navigating everyday stress.
You’ll leave each session with insight and action steps that actually fit your real life—not just another thing on your to-do list.

Lasting change
Over time, you’ll notice yourself responding differently. Your days will feel lighter, your patience longer, and your self-talk softer. You’ll start recognizing your body’s cues before overwhelm takes over—and you’ll have the tools to reset when life gets loud.
Your nervous system will finally learn what safety feels like, so you can find calm in your chaos, feel present with your family, and handle what life throws your way with confidence and clarity.
You don’t have to keep running on empty, overthinking every move, or pretending you’re fine when you’re completely drained inside.
I can help you slow down, feel grounded in your body, and finally reconnect with the calm, confident version of yourself you’ve been missing.
Because you deserve more than just getting through the day —
you deserve to feel alive in it.
